Retailers have their own warranty period and conditions that consumers should be aware of before deciding to purchase a product.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty for Ziptrak\u00ae components<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ziptrak Pty Ltd hereafter<\/strong> called \u201cThe Company\u201d does warrant all its Ziptrak\u00ae components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of FIVE YEARS starting from the date of invoice. Claims to be made within 7 days of receipt of goods (for component buyers).<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Company\u2019s only obligation shall be to replace with the least possible delay, defective components which do not conform to warranty, without any other Indemnity relating to fabrication, installation and re-installation or consequential damages.<\/p>\n<p>The components that are replaced pursuant to the terms of this warranty shall be retained by The Company.<\/p>\n<p>All costs related to the installation and re-installation of the <strong>Ziptrak\u00ae<\/strong> components covered by this warranty are not the responsibility of The Company.\u00a0\u00a0 The Company will not be responsible for any consequential damages during or following installation procedures.<\/p>\n<p>If the buyer resells any <strong>Ziptrak\u00ae<\/strong> products to another buyer or end user, it shall include all the provisions of this warranty in such resale. The Company\u2019s responsibility to any such third party shall be no greater than The Company\u2019s responsibility under the warranty of the original buyer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXCLUSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following are exclusions from this warranty:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If usage, adaptation or installation are not in accordance with our written installation and operation instructions.<\/li>\n<li>If the product has been dismantled or returned with clear evidence of abuse or other damage.<\/li>\n<li>If our written specifications are not properly applied to the buyer when selecting the components.<\/li>\n<li>If our written instructions for installation have not been followed.<\/li>\n<li>If our components have been used to perform functions other than the functions they were designed to handle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Should you have any further questions about the warranty, please <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nz.ziptrak.com\/en\/?page_id=44\">contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please directly contact the retailer who installed the Ziptrak\u00ae system in the event of any queries or warranty claims.
